HMK® P326 is a modified water-based acrylic conditioner and maintenance sealer designed specifically for unglazed terracotta, brick pavers, and clay tile floors. This professional-grade formula enriches the color and structure of your surfaces while creating a brilliant silky shine without the need for polishing.

Recommended Uses

Directions for Use

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and cooled (turn off underfloor heating).

2. Shake well before use. For first application, dilute 1:5–1:10 with clean water.

3. Apply thinly and evenly with a mop, sponge, or lint-free cloth.

4. Work in sections of 50–100 sq ft (5–10 m²) at a time, replacing solution when dirty.

5. For highly absorbent surfaces, use a more concentrated mix.

6. To achieve a higher shine, buff with a floor machine (lambswool or white/tan pad, 900–1500 rpm).

7. Maintain shine by occasionally adding ½ cup P326 per 2.5 gallons of wash water.

8. For daily care, alternate with HMK® P324 Liquid Stone Soap and refresh periodically with HMK® R155 Intensive Cleaner.
