HMK® P328 is a ready-to-use, solvent-based natural wax treatment specially formulated for unglazed terracotta, brick pavers, and clay tile floors. ⚠️ Not suitable for polished stone, wet areas (such as shower stalls), or solvent-intolerant surfaces.

Application Instructions

1. Thoroughly clean the surface with HMK® R155 Intensive Cleaner and allow to dry (max residual moisture 2–4%). Turn off underfloor heating and let the surface cool.

2. Shake product well before use.

3. Apply HMK® P328 thinly and evenly with HMK® Z950/Z951 brushes, a white terry cloth, or a soft brush.

4. Allow to dry, then buff to a soft sheen using a hand cloth, handheld polisher with lambswool bonnet, or floor polishing machine.

5. For very absorbent surfaces, repeat treatment.

6. Allow P328 to cure 24–48 hours before applying HMK® P326 Terracotta Care to even out any unevenness and extend protection.

7. Maintain regularly with HMK® P324 Liquid Stone Soap and reapply wax at least once per year or as needed.
