Color-Enhancing Oil for Terracotta, Clay, and Brick Surfaces

HMK® P330 is a special paraffin oil treatment formulated for the protection and enhancement of unglazed terracotta, Mexican pavers, clay tiles, and brick pavers. It is also suitable for use on honed limestone. Designed for interior use only, P330 penetrates deeply into porous surfaces to enrich color, highlight structure, and reduce water and dirt absorption.

The result is a matte finish that is scuff-resistant, slip-retardant, and long-lasting. Regular use makes surfaces more resistant to stains and easier to clean, while enhancing the natural beauty of terracotta and clay products.

Recommended Uses

Directions for Use

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and cool before applying.

2. Shake well and apply HMK® P330 thinly and evenly with a lint-free cloth, brush, or roller.

3. Allow the product to penetrate the surface undisturbed (6–12 hours for denser stones).

4. Remove any excess oil with a cloth or paper towel and wash lightly with water and HMK® P24 Liquid Stone Soap.

5. Apply two or more coats if the surface is highly porous.

6. Allow P330 to cure for 24–48 hours before applying HMK® P28 Sealer or HMK® P328/P329 Terracotta Wax for added shine.

For ongoing maintenance, use HMK® P24 Liquid Stone Soap for daily cleaning and HMK® R55 Intensive Cleaner for deep cleaning.
