HMK® R179 is a ready-to-use cleaner developed for removing rust stains from all natural and artificial stone surfaces. It is especially effective on delicate finishes such as polished marble and limestone, where harsh cleaners could cause damage.

Directions for Use

1. Make sure the stone surface is cool and dry before application.

2. Spray HMK® R179 undiluted evenly over the stained area.

3. Allow to dwell for 10–15 minutes (do not let it dry).

4. Scrub gently with a brush or pad.

5. Wipe away residue and wash the area with HMK® R155 Intensive Cleaner (acid-free) diluted 1:10.

6. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

7. Repeat as needed for stubborn or deep-set rust stains.

💡 Note: During use, R179 may create a violet color reaction and odor — this is normal and shows the rust is being neutralized. Always ensure proper ventilation.
