HMK® R765 is a professional-grade, ready-to-use treatment designed to increase slip resistance on granite, quartzite, and most glazed tiles. By creating microscopic pores in the surface, R765 effectively reduces slipping hazards on wet floors, making it ideal for both residential and commercial safety applications.

Unlike temporary coatings, HMK® R765 permanently alters the treated surface to improve traction. This treatment is especially valuable for bathrooms, kitchens, entryways, pool decks, and public spaces where safety is a priority.

Application Instructions

1. Preparation: Protect nearby surfaces and ensure good ventilation. If under-floor heating exists, turn it off and let the surface cool.

2. Cleaning: Thoroughly clean using HMK® R155 Intensive Cleaner or strip with HMK® R154 Stripper/Stain Remover. Allow the surface to dry completely.

3. Application: Apply HMK® R765 undiluted, evenly and generously with a sponge or wash mop. Do not allow foam to develop or the product to dry during treatment (approx. 20–30 minutes).

4. Rinse: After treatment, wash thoroughly with HMK® R155 diluted 1:20, then rinse with clean water.

5. Repeat if further slip resistance is required.

💡 Pro Tip: When using a wet vacuum, add HMK® Z702 Defoamer to regulate foam.

Important Notes

• The gloss and color of the surface will change after treatment.

• Do not apply in direct sunlight.

• Acid-sensitive surfaces (like marble, limestone), metals, plastics, and glass will be damaged by contact.

• Always test in an inconspicuous area before full application.
