HMK® S232 is a solvent-free, water-based impregnator that provides long-lasting protection against oil, grease, water, and dirt. Designed for use on all natural and artificial stone surfaces, including agglomerates, concrete, terracotta, brick pavers, clay tiles, and unglazed surfaces, this eco-friendly treatment is especially effective on highly absorbent honed and textured stones.

Because it is water-based and odorless, HMK® S232 is a green solution that allows buildings to remain occupied during application. It does not alter the natural color, structure, or texture of stone, ensuring surfaces stay beautiful while being fully protected.

Directions for Use

1. Preparation: Switch off underfloor heating and allow surface to cool. Thoroughly clean using HMK® R155 Intensive Cleaner and flood rinse with water. Allow stone to dry completely (24+ hours, max residual moisture 4–6%).

2. Application: Shake bottle well before use. Apply generously and evenly with a soft bristle brush, roller, or lint-free cloth. On very absorbent surfaces, apply a second coat after 1–2 hours.

3. Drying: Protect from rain, moisture, and foot traffic for 8–12 hours. Full resistance to oil and water develops after 48 hours.

4. Maintenance: For ongoing care, use HMK® P324 Liquid Stone Soap, a no-rinse cleaner that extends protection.
