HMK® S244 is a professional-grade, solvent-based impregnator designed to protect and enhance the natural beauty of natural stone, artificial stone, terrazzo, and reconstituted stone surfaces. Application Instructions

1. Clean surface thoroughly with HMK® R155 Intensive Cleaner (acid-free) and flood rinse with water. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours (max residual moisture 2–4%).

2. Ensure underfloor heating is turned off and the stone has cooled to room temperature.

3. Apply HMK® S244 generously and evenly with a paintbrush, roller, or HMK® Z950/Z951 application brushes.

4. Remove any excess product with a lint-free cloth or paper towel before it dries to prevent streaks.

5. For highly absorbent surfaces, apply a second coat after 24 hours.

6. Allow surface to dry for 12 hours. Full water, oil, and dirt resistance develops within 48 hours.

For long-term maintenance, use HMK® P324 Liquid Stone Soap during regular cleaning.
