HMK® S731 – Silane Impregnator for Natural & Artificial Stone

This premium, ready-to-use sealer is specially designed for all absorbent natural and artificial stones, concrete, and unglazed brick surfaces. Perfect for both interior and exterior applications, HMK® S731 reduces water and dirt penetration, helping to prevent permanent staining, surface deterioration, and potential frost damage in outdoor installations.

🧰 Application Instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean the surface using HMK® R155 Intensive Cleaner (diluted) followed by a flood rinse. Allow the surface to dry for at least 24 hours (max residual moisture 6–8%).

2. Apply HMK® S731 evenly with a natural bristle brush or HMK® Z950/Z951 Sealing Brushes.

3. One or two thin, wet-on-wet applications are usually sufficient. Wait 20 minutes between coats.

4. Wipe away any excess product within 5–10 minutes using a white terry cloth. Do not allow excess to dry on the surface.

5. Keep the area protected from foot traffic, rain, and humidity until completely dry (approx. 3 days).

💡 Tip: For vertical applications, HMK® S731 can be applied using an airless sprayer. For ongoing maintenance, clean with HMK® P324 Liquid Stone Soap to extend protection.
